We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to assist our travelers both before, during, and after their journey. You have high social competence and are committed to delivering first-class service. You are experienced in working with various data systems and are a problem solver even when things get busy.
At Customer Service, we are a cheerful and dedicated team with different areas of focus, working to provide excellent service to all our customers. We operate every day of the year. Our opening hours are weekdays 06:00-18:00 and weekends 10:00-16:00, and we are located at the Travel Center in Örebro.

In the Regional Development Administration, we work to create conditions for good growth and quality of life in our region. Our responsibilities are broad and range from public health, education, and culture to business development, energy and climate, public transport, as well as urban planning and infrastructure. The administration consists of over 330 employees. Region Örebro County is responsible for all public transport in the county. Under the brand Länstrafiken, we operate bus services. Region Örebro County also runs regional train services through ownership in Mälardalstrafik and Tåg i Bergslagen.

Job Responsibilities
Based on a high level of service, you will meet Länstrafiken's customers by:
. Receiving and handling customer inquiries, feedback, and any complaints regarding Länstrafiken.
. Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
. Publishing traffic information in the app, on digital screens, and on our website.
. Selling our tickets and guiding customers who visit us.

Qualifications
. Completed and approved high school education.
. Experience from previous administrative work, preferably within customer service.
. High social competence.
. Ability to work focused on multiple tasks simultaneously.
. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, and the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written form.
Meritorious
. Courses or programs from a university or college in communication science.
. Geographical knowledge and good local knowledge of Örebro County.
. Knowledge in the field of public transport.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have the ability and willingness to deliver good service in communication with customers, as well as a strong work ethic. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team but also take personal responsibility for driving your cases. As a person, you are a positive, meticulous, and responsible problem solver. It is important that you can provide good service even when the customer has had a negative experience. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
